D Padalia, SoSE’s Deputy Chief Executive at the date of the Appellant’s request for information, gave evidence to the First-tier Tribunal about the likely detriment to SoSE were the Slides released into the public domain. The findings in paragraphs 141-145 of the Tribunal’s reasons were neither speculative nor improper.
