The Respondents submit that much of the Appellant’s case before the Upper Tribunal relies on arguments that were not put to the First-tier Tribunal. It is therefore necessary to set out in some detail how the Appellant’s case was argued before the Tribunal. I derive the Appellant’s case before the Tribunal from her 24-page notice of appeal, 21-page skeleton argument and any additional arguments recorded in the Tribunal’s reasons for its decision.
The Appellant advanced three grounds of appeal:
