The Authority
The Bank is regulated by the Authority in relation to conduct matters, including the market disclosure regime set out in the Listing Rules and also in Regulation 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation or the “MAR”). The MAR placed requirements on listed companies regarding disclosures to the market about matters that would be relevant to investment decisions.
