We have considered the way in which the explanations of the Trading Strategies have emerged as explanations for the trading activity. This is not just with a view to assessing contemporaneous evidence of the existence of the Trading Strategies and consistency (which may not of itself merit any weight if the explanations now have been fabricated and designed to fit the available evidence), but also to consider the information that was available to MHI at various times and also to the Authority when it interviewed Mr Heiberg and Mr Joshi.
