The Traders have throughout submitted that the Authority’s failure to address all of the trading activity of the Traders in the Relevant Period is a significant defect in its approach, as they submitted that this is inconsistent with the Authority’s allegations of an abusive strategy but entirely consistent with the pursuit of what they submit are their legitimate Trading Strategies.
